FFL ID Instructions: Locate your FFL paperwork. On the original FFL your FFL ID will contain 15 characters and look like this 

#-CC-###-##-##-CCCCC

Century uses the digits in the fields above as noted by the letters CC. For Example: if your FFL number is 1-23-456-78-91-12345 then your Century FFL ID on file would be 23-12345. (please use the dash)  We are using the second 2 digits followed by a dash and the last 5 digits as your Century FFL ID. Now, once you know your Century FFL ID then enter it in the FFL ID field below along with your 2 digit state abbreviation to get your Customer ID. OR you can find your Customer ID on a previous Century billing invoice. After entering this information below in the Customer Lookup Tool then click the "Find" button and if you are in our database your registration will be located and your Customer ID and information will be displayed on the bottom of the screen. If not, you will need to Register.

To easily get your Customer ID simply type in your FFL ID as defined in the FFL ID Instructions above in the FFL ID field below and enter the two digit state code and click the 'Find' button. This will give you your Customer ID. Then click the Dealer Login link at the top left hand corner of the page. After you login you will see Dealer pricing appear on this website. To ensure your security it is best to change your password from your FFL ID to something of your choosing. This can be done easily by clicking on the My Details link at the bottom left hand corner of the screen after you have initially logged in.
